Being a mechanical device all Air Conditioning, Heating
and Refrigeration Equipment will experience a failure; CMI
Service’s responsibility is to reduce this down time. This is accomplished
through a variety of Preventive Maintenance Inspection Programs as well
as through the training of our technicians to be thorough when responding
to a scheduled Inspection or Emergency Service Request. We understand
that when there is a HVAC&R mechanical failure our customers face
the potential of lost revenue; our technicians do not repair symptoms
they repair the cause of the failure.
CMI Service recognizes the value of

Equipment. This investment extends beyond the installation of the equipment;
its primary responsibility is to provide a controlled environment that
