To achieve these goals, CMI listens to the needs of the Customer and then customizes a Maintenance and Service Program designed to achieve these objectives while working within the operational budget of the customer.

Any HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration) Maintenance and Service Program must be developed in a way to allow the customer the ability to measure the success of the program. CMI will closely monitor the operation of these assets and schedules periodic evaluations to ensure the success of the program and the satisfaction of the customer.
